the greatest place on earth

omg this hotel was the greatest as soon as we arrived someone was there to takeour luggage wewere greeted with a cold bottle of water and our luggage delivered right away.The customer service was excellent the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great Juan was very sweet u must meet him but everyone was great you cant go wrong with this hotel thank u so muh beacon see u in march for my bday with my whole family.

This boutique chic hotel built in late 1930’s is a jewel nested in the middle of all the action on South Beach. It is an extremely clean art deco beauty but the heart of this home away from home is its most friendly and accommodating staff, all of which we found to be very attentive. They (all of the team) exceeded all our expectations.
After we checked-out on 7/23, we needed to wait in the lobby for an hour to catch transportation to the port. We were offered a bottle of water as if we were still guest. Even when we were no longer paying the top quality service continued and for that we are most grateful.
I could not have been more pleased with this choice and I look forward to spending more time with them. Thank you to the entire team for this experience!

Awesome

Myself and a friend stayed in the Beacon Hotel in June 2012 and I have to say it was one of the best times I have had.

The staff in the hotel are amazing & helpful with anything you need. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking to be in the centre of Miami's night life. Bars and restaurants are right at your front door.

I look forward to going back to Miami very soon and will not hesitate on booking the Beacon Hotel for my stay :)

STAY,EAT, SHOP, STROLL

The BEACON is one of the most affordable hotels in Sobe and its located right across the street from the beach. This was my second stay here and I was not disappointed, the plus factor being the free breakfast and another bonus the beach chairs and towels for guests that stay here. Most important the beds here are so comfortable for us old folks who do sleep in Sobe. The Place restaurant had delicious food & nice drinks, but lots of restaurants on Ocean Dr. and plenty of stores to shop at within the next few blocks. The best thing to do in Sobe is stroll along beach (so many sights) or just lounge on the sand and witness the beautiful waves of the ocean, this beach is unlike any other destination in the world.

Superb!

My husband and I stayed at Beacon Hotel for the first time from 5/11-5/13. We were extremely impressed with the decor. We were in the deluxe room and it was very clean and well stocked. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We enjoyed the food and drinks and we love the outside dining area and the continuous play of great music. The staff was extremely warm, helpful and professional. We look forward to staying at this hotel next year.

AMAZING!

What an amazing hotel!! My friend and I were immediately met by friendly staff who helped us out of the taxi ( I wish I remembered his name - we arrived Monday evening May7 around 6pm, and this same man also brought a fridge to our room - Thank you!). The other staff that helped us throughout our stay were also so kind and extremely friendly (Reynaldo, Sabrina, Cristian).... The room was VERY comfortable and VERY quiet. We never heard anything from another room OR from outside! With that being said, when we left our room and went outside, the street was full of life, music, and lights.... Mangos (a great place to dance) was only a couple blocks away, and the beach was RIGHT THERE! We had an amazing time and our stay at The Beacon far exceeded our expectations. Thank you! Thank you! What a wonderful vacation place! Ps - The beach chairs and towels were so convenient, the veggie burger/french fries at "The Place" was the best thing I ate the entire week :), and the breakfast was also amazing! GREAT HOTEL! Thank you again!

An amazing week on South Beach at The Beacon

A huge thanks to Derek and the rest of the staff at The Beacon who could not have made our stay any better. 10 guys from the UK had a great trip, the hotel is in the perfect location right on Ocean Drive, South Beach right in the centre of the action. The rooms were very comfy with an excellent maid service each day plus the breakfast was pretty good too. Most importantly the staff at The Beacon provide first class service with a smile and great attitude always going out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. Derek is a legend and what he doesnt know or can't organise in Miami is not worth knowing. Thanks again and hope we can return one day.

Definitely the Perfect Location!

A special Thanks to my new main man Derek and the staff at the Beacon from the First Lady:-)! South Beach is an annual trip for me and my girls and I have to admit that this year was the best experience yet! We will definitely return to the Beacon next year. The Beacon is a boutique style older hotel right on Ocean Drive directly across the street from the beach and a short stroll away from all the great hangouts like, Wet Willies, Fat Tuesdays, Mangos, The Clevelander etc. Although the rooms and bathrooms are small, the unique touches of upgrades gave it that luxurious appeal. The free breakfast was an added bonus along with the beach chairs and towels that were provided in the rooms. I was surprisingly pleased with all that the Beacon had to offer especially after risking venturing away from our normal comfort zone, Royal Palm. That in itself says a lot. Again, Thanks Derek and staff for making this the best experience yet!!

My stay at the Beacon was great. I had a problem with the room which the front desk and staff immediately addressed. The Staff was cordial and professional, the Hotel clean and neat. The room was average size for a Hotel of this lineage. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and luxurious. I have already recommended the Beacon to my friends.
