Great Weekend at the Beacon

My weekend at the Beacon was awesome. You can not beat the location. The staff was polite and the hotel was clean. The free breakfast was a major plus because the food was good and it was not a plain continental serving - full breakfast. It was a pleasure working with Veronica the sales manager for group booking. And Derek was great to work with in addition to him taking time out to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely use the Beacon South Beach again.

Nice Hotel

Hi Derek I had a blast at my stay at the Beacon! My entire group enjoyed every night of it! Dereck was the jack of all trades work the front desk also was the transportation guy, Derek knew where the parties was just ask him and he could get you there Thanks Beacon Hotel

My experience at the Beacon was PERFECT and very similar to Lindsay's (see Apr 16 review) . After our cruise, me and my wife stayed some more days at Beacon (till Apr 19) and then came back home (Rio de Janeiro - Brazil).
It was wonderful staying at Beacon and we hope we'll be back as soon as possible. Thank you very much!!!

Minha estada no Hotel foi ótima! Fomos muito bem atendidos o tempo todo. O quarto é muito confortável e a cama é espetacular, muito boa para descansar do dia corrido de Miami Beach!
Ele é muito bem localizado, no coração da Ocean Drive.
Tem um café da manhã com várias opções, só achei que poderiam servir mais de um copo de suco... :))

Gus, Christian and Derek really excelled at making sure my friends and I were happy with our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed out vacation and I would go back in heartbeat. I have recommended The Beacon to all my friends and would not hesitate to book my next stay with them.

Nice Location!

We found this hotel by recommendation of a friend and loved to stay here. The stuff was very friendly and the breakfast outside really delicious. Providing beach chairs and not only beach towels is a great idea. We will recommend the Beacon and come back soon.

I stayed only one night here on a business trip but it was just fine. My room was relaxing, clean, and well equipped. The hotel is located in the midst of the South Beach hustle and bustle but you don't hear that in your room. And if you like walking, you couldn't stay in a better place since you are across the street from the beach and the lovely boardwalk. Since I was on a business trip and not a vacation, I could have used breakfast earlier than the 9 a.m. hour.

Wonferful time

The Beacon in located almost centrally on Ocean Dr. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and things to go and see. The martinis and margaritas are small and over priced, we found them to be much bigger and better 1 block north at Larios. We had an Ocean view room. The room was beautiful and the bathroom with the frosted glass was very nice. We didn't think it was worth the extra cost for the room because you can't open the windows to enjoy the ocean breeze, which is probably for security reasons and you couldn't really see the ocean to well. Also the upper outside deck shown in the video was closed because they had not yet renewed the licence. Over all it was a very clean and fun hotel. We would stay again, just not in the ocean view room. We had a 4th floor room. the music is loud, but I don't think it matters where you stay, every place along the strip has live music. Just have an extra drink and sleep with a buzz ;)

My stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. We left Miami late evening and was able to get sun on the beach that morning. The staff allowed up to to the gym and take a quick shower and refresh before departing. When retrieving your car from valet, allow yourself extra time (at least 30-45 mins).
